Scope

The program of works has been informed by upgrading and maintaining ACT health assets program of works and developing strategic asset management plans for critical buildings. This program specifically focuses on critical frontline service buildings to maintain and extend the reliable service life of these buildings by addressing infrastructure risks. It also includes mandatory compliance upgrades.

The whole project consist of installation of a new security access control system, complaint Thermostatic Mixing Valves and Fire Dampers.
